Using a role-based login?

Role-based logins include accounts for Secretaries, DDGMs, District Education Chairmen, Zone Chairmen, State Chairmen, and other district/zone/state office holders (e.g., secretary@lodge, ddgm@d12, edchair@d5).

This page won't work for those accounts — they don't have a personal email address attached. To reset your password:

1. Log in to SimpleClick with your personal Brother account.
2. Go to Help & Support and submit a ticket — choose "Password Reset" as the category.
3. A SimpleClick admin will send a reset link within 24 hours.

If you are locked out of both your role-based and personal accounts, you can email admin@simpleclick.app as a last resort — note this is the slower method.
